Max Bermuda’s Insurance Division team will meet with clients and look for ways to satisfy some of the challenges they face in structuring their insurance programs in the current market place. Our focus will be in areas where capacity is scarce and we have the opportunity to present unique solutions to the challenges clients are facing. Such solutions will be available on an annual or multi-year basis.
Although Max Bermuda is a relative newcomer to the direct insurance market, we believe we have demonstrated the ability to develop unique and innovative structures. Our small team of focused, experienced underwriters willing to think “out of the box” has proven to be a competitive advantage, as has our ability to respond quickly to client needs.
Max Bermuda’s Insurance Division specializes in large accounts predominately based in North America, while working exclusively with Bermuda intermediaries. Bermuda is an established insurance market place, with well-capitalized and highly regarded companies attracting clients to visit the island from throughout North America. Its offshore status and more flexible regulatory environment make it feasible for Max Bermuda to offer certain products that may be more attractive to clients than those typically offered by its US domiciled counterparts.
