Art Palmer, SVP, Life & Annuity Reinsurance
Art Palmer serves as Senior Vice President, Life Reinsurance Division. From 1994 to 2001, Art served as a Consulting Actuary at Avon Consulting Group. From 1988 to 1994, he held various positions at Security Life of Denver, Chalke Inc. and Transamerica Life Insurance Company. Art received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from California State University, Stanislaus in 1987, and he holds the following professional designations: FSA and MAAA.
